Cotinus 'Grace' Bush
Cotinus 'Grace' is a colourful shrub with red-burgundy leaves and clusters of pink-purple flowers. The frothy flowers cover the plant in June and is said to give the appearance of smoke surrounding the plant, giving rise to its common name of Smoke Bush. In autumn, the oval leaves turn brighter shades of scarlet red and orange for another stunning display.
Once established, Cotinus 'Grace' is reasonably drought tolerant and can cope with some exposure to wind. Expect a height and spread of 5 by 3 metres in 20 years.
