Chimonanthus praecox

A fantastic choice for winter interest, chimonanthus praecox or ‘wintersweet,’ blooms beautifully bright yellow and burgundy flowers in January and Feburary. The flowers are fragrant with a scent similar to violets and attract early pollinators.

Chimonathus Praecox has an ultimate height and spread of 3 x 4m. For the best flowers, position in full sun in a sheltered environment.
