Acer platanoides 'Fairview' is tolerant of most soil conditions, along with drought and pollution. With an oval habit, it will grow to a height and spread of 8 x 5 metres in 20 years but more in maturity. It is a relatively new variety that is closely related to 'Crimson King'.
